The Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts (QCA) is the home of St. Bonaventure University's world-class collection,a broad spectrum of art and historical artifacts that span the beginnings of Western civilization into the 21st Century. The collection totals over 3,000 works including paintings, sculpture, pottery and porcelain, works on paper, photographs, and a unique and diverse crèche collection. The QCA boasts 18,000 sq. ft. of exhibitions developed in partnership with national museums, and student and curriculum-related exhibitions.

In 2012 the Rogers Mansion Museum Complex, with 12 historic buildings, was awarded a unique designation on the National Register of Historic Places. William Rogers purchased the property in 1648 which was owned by a Rogers descendent until 1880. In 1899 the dwelling was purchased by Samuel Longstreth Parrish; an attorney from New York City, summer colonist, and founder of the Parrish Art Museum.

The Rothschild Petersen Patent Model Museum is the largest privately-owned viewable collection of United States Patent Models in the world. Containing nearly 4,000 patent models and related documents, the collection spans America's Industrial Revolution.
